PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouring mouth device which can be easily attached to a soft bag and used repeatedly and also can be disassembled for cleaning, by attaching a cylindrical valve body provided with an outside manipulating handle so as to connect to the inside, to a cylindrical pouring mouth body sharpened at the front end. ;SOLUTION: The pouring mouth body 1 is formed cylindrical to have the inner diameter appropriate for pouring the liquid content in a soft bag and the front end 1A thereof is formed to have a sharpened front end so as to be inserted in the soft bag and set therein. A flange 2 is provided at the outer peripheral edge of the pouring mouth body 1 and a cylindrical valve body 4 is integrally fitted in the right-angled crossing direction at the other end so as to mutually connect the inside. The valve body 42 fixed to the front end of the valve stem 43 piercing the inside of valve body 4 is arranged at the front end of the valve body 4 and a cap type handle 44 protruding to the outside of the valve body 4 is fitted to the other end of the valve stem 43.
