DEFORMATION PREVENTIVE DEVICE OF PRE-COOKED FOOD CONTAINER FOR RE-HEATING BY MICROWAVE OVEN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-cooked food container that can be used for heating by a microwave oven and prevents a scar-like deformation from arising on its sidewall. ;SOLUTION: A plate-like container 2 has a sidewall 1 and a bottom 3, and the bottom 3 has a deformable part 5. The deformable part 5 of the bottom 3 expands downward when the container 2 is re-heated by a microwave oven, a causing a momentary rise of the inside pressure to be mitigated. In addition, a film 6 that covers the upper part of the plate-like container 2 has a slack 7 to absorb the momentary expansion, thus the sidewall 1 is prevented form being deformed by a rise of the inside pressure and the tension of the film 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
