STOCKING HAVING PLURAL TIGHTENING REGIONS AT CALF PART AND KNITTING OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain stockings without partially tightening by the opening parts for inserting feet, without loosing the wearing feeling, capable of heightening the value of goods and further capable of facilitating comfort wear of the stockings for a long time. ;SOLUTION: This stocking is knitted from a tiptoe part 7 through an ankle part 10 and a calf part 15 to a foot-inserting opening 14, or the foot-inserting part 14 through the calf part 15 and the ankle part 10 to the tiptoe part 7. The stocking is further formed by separating the region from the foot-inserting part 14 to the ankle part 10 into plural parts, inserting elastic fibers to the each part to urge the tightening and forming the urging regions of the tightening of the urged plural parts so as to have small diameter in the ankle 10 side and to have a large diameter in the foot-inserting opening 14 side respectively.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
