PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prevent chips produced by boring from becoming an obstacle to bonding work and protect a net from being damaged in an attempt to mount a mechanical anchor when forming a finished surface by using both the mechanical anchor and the net. ;SOLUTION: A marking is made on the surface of a tile 18, thereby forming a hole 34. After having formed the hole 34, water is discharged over the surface of the tile 18, thereby cleaning the tile. The axial part 32a of a mechanical anchor 32 is driven into the hole 34, thereby forming a coat-finished layer 24 on the surface of the tile 18 into which the axial part 32a is driven. A bristled 3D net 26 is stretched on the coat-finished layer 24. Then, the seat 32b of the mechanical anchor 32 is pushed from the surface side of the net 26 so that a female screw 32d may be fitted into the axial part 32a by way of the meshes of the tatege 3D net 26 and fixed therewith.
