PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably insert end yarn into a fine spinning bobbin by a blowing nozzle so as to stride over a yarn length adjusting guide, and secure a sufficient yarn length nondispersive length in a yarn winder by arranging the yarn length adjusting guide and the blowing nozzle above a spinning bobbin. ;SOLUTION: In a releasing-loosening terminal cutting sucking position B, yarn 8 which extends between a fine spinning bobbin 3 and a slit 13 of a suction tipe 11 and is pulled out by being released/loosened from the fine spinning bobbin 3, is introduced to a slit 14 of a cutter 15 having a yarn sensor, and is cut by the cutter 15 having a yarn sensor by actuation of the yarn sensor. Compressed air is blown off downward from an air nozzle 16 through a solenoid valve 17 by actuation of the yarn sensor, and suction from a lower suction part of a tray 4 is also actuated, and the yarn end of end yarn 40 cut by the downward flow from above, is inserted inside a bobbin top hole 7. When the end yarn 40 is inserted, the end yarn 40 is inserted inside the bobbin top hole 7 so as to stride over a recessed part 24 of a yarn length adjusting guide 21.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
