PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent concrete mortar from penetrating into a lifting-inverting hole of a U-gutter on the occasion of manufacturing the U-gutter with the lifting-inverting hole, to enable smooth and sure execution of an operation of lifting the manufactured U-gutter by a lifting-inverting jig and to prevent unexpected slip-out of a lifting-inverting rod inserted into the lifting-inverting hole, in an operation of laying the U-gutter as well. ;SOLUTION: This member is so constructed as to have a hole forming main body 5 shaped like a cylindrical pipe, an anchor member 6 projecting outward in the shape of a disk practically at the almost middle part of the hole forming main body 5 and flexible cap members 7 and 8 fitted to the opposite ends of the hole forming main body 5. In this case, the fore end part of a lifting- inverting rod inserted into the opening of the hole forming main body 5 to be a lifting-inverting hole can be put in an engaged state by an inside fitting piece 17.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
