PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make effective use of water by storing rainwater in a first tank, feeding water in the first tank into a second tank to form a compressed air layer, further feeding water in the second tank by compressed air so as to be used as water for a drive source of a door or the like, and a toilet, and returning only the water after driving a movable object to the first tank for recycling. ;SOLUTION: A water resource effective utilization system 100 is composed of a rain gutter 10, a filter chamber 11, an intermediate water tank 12, a small tank 13, a first tank 14, a clean water tank 15, a second tank 16, and the like. The first tank 14 is connected to the second tank 16 through a pipeline 14a, a direction selector valve 34, a pipeline 14b, a pressure pump 32 driven by a motor 31, a pipeline 17a and a check valve. One end part of a pipeline 19 provided with an excessive outflow preventing valve 16c is connected to the left lower side part of the second tank 16, and pipelines 20, 21 are connected to an intermediate part of the pipeline 19. The other end of the pipeline 20 is connected to a rodless cylinder for driving a driven object 18. Water can therefore be effectively used.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
