PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fiscal pollution of a garden by an ownerless cat, by utilizing a territorial nature of the cat. ;SOLUTION: Transparent glass balls 2 are set on eye's parts of a cat shape signboard 1 formed into a cat body size and thereby the eyes are shined. A part of a metal fitting 3 for fixing the signboard is formed into a coil shape for swing of the cat-shape signboard by the wind and thereby the signboard looks like a true cat.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
