PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage of a flexible belt body by winding a head end part of the flexible belt body around an inside cylindrical body, surrounding its outer periphery around a cover body, sandwiching the flexible belt body by the cover body and the inside cylindrical body, fitting an end cap to hold its sandwiching state on both of upper and lower end parts of the cover body and connecting the flexible belt body and a cylindrical hook body to each other. ;SOLUTION: A flexible belt body 4 is wound around an inside cylindrical body 9 of a cylindrical hook body 6. Thereafter, a section roughly C shaped hook part 14 of a cover body 11 is externally fit on the inside cylindrical body 9, the belt body 4 is inserted into an opening edge 10 of the hook part 14, and a wound part of the belt body 4 is surrounded by the cover body 11. In this state, end caps 13, 13 are externally fit on both of upper and lower end parts of the cover body 11. At this time, the hook part 14 is contracted in diameter and the wound part of the belt body 4 is strongly sandwiched. Consequently, as a through hole to insert a rivet into the flexible belt body, etc., is not drilled, the flexible belt body is never broken from a connecting part even when strong tensile force is applied on it.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
