PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide various kinds of information concerning a callee on the side of a caller, without extensively calling a call-terminating terminal by providing an exchange means with a means for sending a user state information store in a storage means to a call- originating side terminal, without connecting a call-terminating side terminal and the call- originating side terminal. ;SOLUTION: The information of a callee inputted from a terminal 5' is registered in a memory 4' at an exchange 1'. When the dial of a terminal 5 is accepted and the request of connection to a call terminating station 1' is recognized from its access number, at a call-originating station 1, an address message showing the request of call termination to the terminal 5' is transmitted from the call-originating station 1 to the call-terminating station 1'. At the call terminating station 1', the terminal 5' is determined from the address message by a central control unit 3', and an address complete signal or a non-completed call reverse setting signal is reported to the call-originating station 1. At this time, a unit 3' investigates whether or not the user of the terminal 5' registers his own information in the memory 4' and when it is registered, the registered information is read out and set as the parameter of the address completed signal or non-completed reverse call setting signal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
