PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solid structure, by which mutual positional relationship can be kept stably at all times in a plurality of stacked cage blocks and the partial positional displacement and collapse and the like of the cage blocks are difficult to be generated and which has a high sheathing effect. ;SOLUTION: A plurality of cage blocks 2 stacked along the slope of the face of the slope and an earth-pressure resistance member 3 having length in the vertical direction extending over a plurality of stages of the cage blocks 2 and substantially buried in parallel with the face of the slope in rear soil 4 at the rears of the cage blocks 2 are connected mutually by connecting members 5, in which both ends are fixed to the fixed points 5a, 5b of the cage blocks 2 and the earth-pressure resistance member 3.
