PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a member having any shape and any dimension for any shape such as matlike shape, three-dimensional ware shape, or the like by inserting an isolation member which consists of a honeycomb structural body and is made of non-metal between metals in a thermal insulation plate in which a section between two metals is vacuum. SOLUTION: When a vacuum thermal insulation plate 5 is manufactured, an isolation member 2 which consists of a honeycomb structural body and is made of non-metal is inserted between a pair of metal forming materials 1 and 3, and an internal vacuum layer is deaired after ends 4 of both metallic outer plates 1, 3 are joined, respectively. Consequently, both outer plates 1, 3 are compressed. Since the honeycomb structural body has strength in the direction of thickness, however, they are not crushed and hold the initial structure to form a vacuum thermal insulation plate 5 along the shape of the isolation member 2. It is possible to manufacture a member having accurate shape and dimension by controlling dimension and shape of the isolation member 2 in the inside of the vacuum thermal insulation plate 5 and recycle the vacuum thermal insulation plate 5 without a problem when it is disposed by making the isolation material 2 by paper or wood.
