PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a bubble-plug phenomenon by mounting a flow-velocity increasing means accelerating drain flow velocity in response to a rise of in-tube pressure by the bubble-plug phenomenon. ;SOLUTION: A compressed air tube 10 is inclined towards a slightly upper section from the upstream direction to the drain horizontal main tube 4 and connected, and a nozzle tube 11 is installed at the front end of the compressed air tube 10. The nozzle tube 11 is brought to a freely retractable state into the drain horizontal main tube 4, and a first nozzle 13 ejecting compressed air is urged to the compressed-air path 10 side by a spring 14 so as to be placed near a compressed-air end connection 9. When compressed air is sent, the nozzle tube 11 is penetrated into the drain horizontal main tube 4 under the state, in which the nozzle tube 11 is tilted downwards to the drain direction, by the pressure of compressed air while compressed air is ejected from the first nozzle 13. The first nozzle 13 of the nozzle tube 11 completely penetrated into the drain horizontal main tube 4 is placed at the lower half section of the drain horizontal main tube 4, and drain is blown away to the downstream side together with bubbles by blowing off compressed air towards the downstream side in a drain flow W. Accordingly, a bubble plugging phenomenon in the drain horizontal main tube 4 can be removed surely.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
