PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the applied surface of a temporary fixing adhesive readily positively on the surface at the application side of an adhesive in concerned board material by making folding grooves from the surface side of no applied decorative laminated sheet to the board material in a board material of a pliable decorative laminated sheet applied on its entire surface. ;SOLUTION: In a folding and adhering process, by folding board material I at folding grooves M core material is adhered to board material in a manner covering a part of the outer surface of core material by a temporary fixing adhesive. Accordingly, there is no need of applying a main fixing adhesive H, while paying attention for securing the application position of a temporary fixing adhesive, relative to the surface of no decorative laminated sheet applied in the board material I, and after the application of the main fixing adhesive H, there is also no need of cutting grooves for applying a temporary fixing adhesive on the board material I so as to secure the application position of a temporary fixing adhesive. Namely, a process 30 of removing a part of the main fixing adhesive H applied on the board material I can ensure the formation provisionally positively.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
