PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for the apprehension of control that the same area is not accessed at the same time by centralizing and managing the use area of a common area, and dynamically allocating the common area to a transaction or releasing it. ;SOLUTION: The transaction 41 which is executed in a computer device has processes 51-53 and the process 51 is equipped with a common area acquiring means 31, a common data access means 32, and a next-process calling means 33. The processes 52 and 53 are also provided with the same means. Further, common areas 21-23 are provided, and a common area state management file 11 is provided so as to manage the use state of the common areas. The common area acquiring means 31 confirms whether or not a common area is taken over from a previous process and sets a structure in the common area when the common area is already taken over, thereby carrying on the job process.
