PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily sterilize and remove harmful microorganisms from a warm water using a common resource by allowing a combustion waste gas of town gas containing natural gas as a principal raw material to contact with the warm water to be sterilized to sterilize the warm water. ;SOLUTION: A flash part 14 for allowing the combustion waste gas generated from a hot water supplier 3 to contact with the warm water returning to a bathtub 2 is provided at the midway of a warm return passage 10. In the flash part 14, the warm water is sterilized by the contact of the waste gas with the warm water. Further, a biological filtering purification device 60 is arranged between a water passage switching valve 9 and a heat exchanger and a waste gas flow passage switching valve 15 is provided between a waste gas outlet 31 of the hot water supplier 3 and the flash part 14 to switch a state of introducing the combustion waste gas into the flash part 14 and a state of nothing (a state of exhausting and releasing the waste gas as it is) to each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
