PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a porcelain composition capable of being simultaneously sintered with silver, and having a low loss factor and a high dielectric constant and further capable of preventing penetration of a plating liquid, by sintering a composition of a specific formula consisting essentially of a composite oxide of Pb, Ca, W, Fe and Nb at a specified temperature. ;SOLUTION: This porcelain composition consists essentially of a composite oxide of Pb, Ca, W, Fe and Nb and is represented by the formula (Pb1-xCaxO)y(WsFetNbu)Oz [(x), (y), (s), (t), (u) and (z) satisfy the formulas 0.3≤(x)≤0.9; 1.000≤(y)≤1.020; 1.03≤(2s+u)/(t)≤1.40; (s)+(t)+(u)=1; 0.05≤(s)≤0.20; 0.2≤(u)≤0.49; (z)=3(s)+5/2(u)+3/2(t)]. The dielectric porcelain material is produced by sintering the composition at a temperature of ≤950°C. If necessary, lead germanate comprising Pb5Ge3O11 of 1-10wt.% and Mn oxide of 0.5wt.% in terms of Mn are included therein.
