TEA-MANUFACTURING METHOD, TEA-MANUFACTURING MACHINE AND GRANULE-LOOSENING DEVICE USED THEREIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new tea-manufacturing process, a tea manufacturing machine and a tea leave granules-loosening device used therein in which, when granulation of tea leaves occurs in the tea leave rubbing and twisting process, these granules are loosened, then sent to the following process whereby tea leaves of high quality are produced. ;SOLUTION: After completion of the tea leave-rubbing and-twisting step, in this tea-manufacturing process, the tea leave granules A₂ formed in the former step are separated from the ordinarily rubbed and twisted tea leaves. The ordinarily processed tea leaves are sent to the following rubbing and twisting step, while the tea leave grains A₂ are loosened with the loosening device 10 to almost the same state as that of the ordinarily processed tea leaves as the loosened tea leaves A₃ in the loosening step. Then, the loosened tea leaves are decided whether they are fed back to the former rubbing and twisting step or to the latter processing step and fed back to the decided step.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
