PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medical adhesive without using a polar monomer having a possibility of giving gross effect to medical stability, medical releasability and skin irritation in the adhesive, and a monomer having a reactive functional group, further without using a conventional chemical crosslinking agent, and having suitable cohesion. ;SOLUTION: This medical adhesive comprises a graft polymer composed of a trunk polymer consisting essentially of an acrylic polymer and graft chains consisting essentially of an aromatic polymer, which is obtained by carrying out the graft copolymerization of a macromer to one terminal of which acrylic acid is bound with an ester bond so that the introducing proportion of the graft chains may be 5-20 wt.% based on the whole graft polymer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
