PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to respond to playing customers desiring a versatility of plays by changing such appearances as colors, patterns, etc., of the PACHINKO balls to be used per model or bank of the PACHINKO machines to count the PACHINKO balls per changed appearance of them and by performing rate-exchanges bared on the results of the each counts. ;SOLUTION: Inside a PACHINKO hall is made to consist of an A-bank 10, a B-bank 11, a C-bank and a counter section. The golden color PACHINKO balls whose exchange rate is set to 57% are, for instance, used for the A-bank 10, the silver color set to 62%, for the B-bank 11, and the red color set to 75%, for the C-bank. A rate exchanger unit 16 equipped with a color-identified ball counter 14 to identify/count per color the number of PACHINKO balls gained by players and a receipt issuing unit 15 therefor, is set per bank 10, 11.
