PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the increase in a scale of a circuit for adjusting a delay amount of image data and an area specification signal. SOLUTION: Image-processing parts 11 to 14 are connected in parallel and an image processing of input image data from an image input part 10 is performed, and the processed image data is outputted to a selecting part 15. One of the pieces of image data from the image-processing parts 11 to 14 is selected, based on a function code and outputted to an image output part 16 by the selecting part 15. When editorial contents and an editorial area are specified with an editorial instruction input part 17, a function code to specify the editorial contents by every pixel of the editorial area is outputted to the selecting part 15 and a specified color code is outputted to the image-processing parts 12 to 14 by an editorial information generating part 18. The function code and the specified color code are changed at every printing of YMCK (yellow, magenta, cyan, black) in the image output part 16.
