PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly fix a vacuum heat insulating panel with a simple method through no thermal cross linking by providing a hard plate and the vacuum heat insulating panel, and applying polyurethane foam as liquid reaction mixture to the vacuum heat insulating panel to fix it to the hard plate. SOLUTION: A vacuum heat insulating panel is fixed to a hard plate (for example, metal plate, ABS or polystyrene plastic plate) by arranging the vacuum heat insulating panel on the hard plate, adding a liquid polyurethane foam reacting mixture to the circumference of the vacuum heat insulating panel, and performing an operation so that the foam is adhered to both the plate and the vacuum heat insulating panel during foaming and hardening to connect the vacuum heat insulating panel to the plate. Thus, the vacuum heat insulating panel is firmly fixed to the plate with a simple method through no heat cross- linking. As the hard plate, a metal cassette is preferably used.
