REPAIRING DEVICE OF WATER LEAKING CONCRETE CRACK, AND ITS EXECUTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pour a filler in the whole cavity of a crack filled with water in a short time. ;SOLUTION: The water KW in a cavity of a crack is sucked through a suction jig at appropriate parts of the crack which is passed from the face to the back of a concrete skeleton wall, the water content in the cavity of the crack is removed, a filler feeder is fitted to the pouring position where the water content KW is removed from the cracked surface at a non-specific part other than the position where the suction jig is fitted, the filler W is poured into the cavity of the crack from the pouring position, and the filler W is filled in the cavity of the crack. The filler W is of an affinity polyurethane resin, the poured filler W is chemically reacted with the water content KW in the cavity of the crack, and the water content is removed and replaced by the filler through generation of carbon dioxide and volumetric expansion, and the filler is hardened and solidified in the chemical reaction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
