PUMPING MACHINE STATE MONITORING METHOD AND DEVICE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visually confirm the present operation point to the back flow causing point at a high pump head of a pumping machine with ease and monitor the transition or trend of the operation state of the pumping machine at a glance. SOLUTION: In a field pump monitoring device 2, the head H, flow rate Q, rotation speed N and guide vane opening Y of a field pump 1 are calculated based on a given sampling period, and in a control device 3, coordinate transformation is conducted to convert these measured data into a given rotational speed state of a field pump or the equivalent in the same condition as that of the natural characteristic data, and the model pump data previously input in a display device 4 is displayed as a back ground, and the operation states of the field pump, which were coordinately transformed, are displayed superimposed. Each state quantity causing back flow can thus be monitored.
