PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Fe-Ni based magnetic alloy thin plate superior in magnetic annealing characteristics in which high magnetic permeability is obtained with magnetic annealing at low temperature or in a short time. ;SOLUTION: An Fe-Ni based magnetic alloy thin plate containing B of 5-50ppm is provided with Ni and Fe by 30-85%, in weight%, as a main component, and N existing in the alloy is 50ppm or less, and B [atomic %]/N [atomic %] is 0.8 or above.
