PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a molding method of optics with a good workability at a time of injection and unnecessary for post-processing of deburring and the like, a gasket for molding and a syringe used for molding. ;SOLUTION: A liquid plastic raw material is injected from a bung hole 11 set at an upper part of a gasket for molding 10 to a cavity which is formed by two matrixes 15, 16 and the gasket for molding 10 clamped between the matrixes 15, 16 by air-venting with using a discharge orifice 12 set at an upper part of the gasket for molding 10 then an optics is molded by hardening the plastic raw material in the cavity. At injecting the plastic raw material, the liquid plastic raw material overflowed from at least one of the bung hole 11 and the discharge orifice 12 is received at a reservoir part 13.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
