INJECTION HOLE OF PIPE USED FOR PIPE-JACKING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently make the grout-injection hole of a pipe used for the pipe-jacking method and securely prevent water leakage thereof. ;SOLUTION: A check valve 16 for injection of grout into the outside of a pipe is inserted and fitted in a hole 13 formed to pierce the pipe wall 11 of the pipe for the pipe-jacking method and a spot facing 23 is formed at the periphery of the hole 13 on the inside face of the pipe. A cut-off plug 21 is inserted in the hole 13 at the inner side of the pipe than the check valve 16 and fitted thereto and a seal material 22 is compressed and arranged between the cut-off plug 21 and the spot facing 23.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
