APPROXIMATELY SPHERICAL FRAME CONSTRUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an approximately spherical frame construction called a basic construction constitute by erecting a plane four node mechanism equipped with a developing function from a central member to a radial direction, and a large scaled approximately spherical frame construction constituted by connecting the plural basic constructions at low costs and in short delivery term. ;SOLUTION: This is a developeable approximately spherical frame construction in which plural plane four node mechanism 12 are arranged in a radial direction with a central member 1 as a center. Each plane four node mechanism 12 is constituted of the same geometrical shape, an upper member 9 and a lower member 11 are radially arranged to a prescribed direction with the central member 1 as a center, and each upper end of the central member 1 and a fixing member 10 is positioned on a sphere with a prescribed diameter in a developed state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
