PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase output voltage or decrease energy loss by forming a closed circuit, which gives forward bias between a main terminal connected to respective capacitors themselves and their control terminals at the time of energy discharge together with resistors. ;SOLUTION: Zener diodes 2 are connected one by one in a reverse bias direction between a pair of control terminal and main terminal for the drive signal input of respective transistors 1 and are disposed one by one at the charging routes of respective capacitors 8. A closed circuit which gives forwards bias between a main terminal connected to respective capacitors and their control terminals at the time of energy discharge are formed together with resistors 5. When all the capacitors 8 output voltage in series, respective transistors 1 are driven, so as to turn on through the respective resistors 5, so that turning-on voltage decreases. It is thus possible to increase the output voltages, or decrease energy losses.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
