PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a hot rolled high strength steel sheet for high working usable for automobile parts such as wheels, members or the like and industrial machine parts. ;SOLUTION: This steel sheet contents, as chemical components, by weight 0.03 to 0.20% C, 1.0 to 5.0% Si, 0.5 to 3.5% Mn, 0.003 to 0.050% Al, ≤0.05% P, ≤0.01% S, and the balance Fe.
