PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a woolen fabric product of high quality and fineness made of 100% of polyester fiber with excellent pilling resistance which has been one of troubles conventionally, utilizing the swell feeling unique to woolen yarn, thick feeling, temperature retention and the performance of ultramicrofibers, additionally having a softer touch than the conventional products, excellent tenseness and stability. ;SOLUTION: This woolen yarn contains polyester staple fibers and the polyester stable fibers are splittable conjugated fibers and the filament fineness of the split fibers is ≤0.3 denier and the objective woolen fabric is constituted from the woolen fibers and polyester staple fibers in which the polyester staple fibers are splittable conjugated fibers and the filament fineness after splitting is ≤0.3 denier.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
