PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multicolor-infrared detector array which is compatible with existing semiconductor processing method. ;SOLUTION: Semiconductor arrays are constituted of a plurality of radiation detector unit cells respectively including multi spectral photo detectors and the respective multi spectral photo detectors have bias selectable two color photo detectors D1, D2 and second bias selectable two color detectors D3, D4 and combination with one of the single photo detector D3 and the respective multi spectral photo detectors correspond to bias potential for simultaneously providing charge carrier caused by absorbency of electromagnetic radiation in the two spectral bands and the two spectral bands are selected from one of four spectral bands and three spectral bands.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
