PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject solution capable of remarkably improving stability of polymerization operation by keeping a ratio of boron trifluoride to a specific organic compound as a specific ratio. ;SOLUTION: This solution comprises (A) a boron trifluorine complex compound of (i) boron trifluoride with (ii) an organic compound and (B) a free organic compound capable of forming a complex compound with a component (i), but not forming the complex compound and contains the component (i) in an amount of ≤0.98mol based on 1mol total organic compound. Furthermore, in the component B, carbon number of each alkyl group is 1-6C alkyl ether compound, e.g. dimethyl ether and the objective solution is preferably diluted with an organic solvent which is inert to the component (i).;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
