PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition capable of stimulating organs con trolling the secretion of water to the outside of the body, promoting and improv ing water (of Chinese medicine idea) action for promoting the secretion of water in the body to the outside of the body, comprising a saccharide and a lipid having bio-compatibility. ;SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) a saccharide, preferably one or more selected from glucose, galactose, fructose, mannitol, sorbitol, trehalose, saccharose, arabinose, ribose, deoxyribose, rhamnose and glycerol and (B) a lipid having bio-compatibility, preferably one or more selected from the group consisting of phospholipid, sphingophospholipid and sphingoglycolipid. Preferably, the composition comprises 0.01-50 wt.% of the component A and 0.05-10 wt.% of the component B in the weight ratio of the component A: the component B of 1:9 to 9:1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
