PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute signal transmission and power supply between a terminal and a peripheral equipment by means of one photoelectric complex cable to reduce a handling time in wiring by providing a photoelectric complex port where an optical signal input/output port and a power source port are integrated. ;SOLUTION: The signal 1 outputted from the terminal 6 to a printer equipment is inputted to an E/O converting part and a laser diode(LD) 4 inside the terminal photoelectric complex port 5 and converted into an LD optical signal. An AC power source 2 is supplied to the printer equipment through a power terminal 3. A horizontal synchronizing signal 8 outputted from the terminal 7 and a monitor equipment, a vertical synchronizing signal 9, an R signal 10, a G signal 11 and a B signal 12 are FM-modulated by respectively different center frequencies in a signal multiplexing part 20. Then, an electric multiplexing signal obtained in the signal multiplexing part 19 is inputted to the E/O converting part and the laser diode(LD) in the terminal photoelectric complex port 41 and converted into the LD optical signal.
