PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability interlocked with a main switch by providing a battery pack with a battery that can feed to an equipment body being interlocked with on-operation of the main switch, and an electronic circuit having specified function in small electrical equipment such as a charged type electric drill. ;SOLUTION: In a battery pack 26 consisting of a body case with a battery 24 and an electronic circuit 27 enclosed therein and an illuminating part including a light source 44, when a change-over switch 62 is switched to an automatic control mode, a control signal S4 is outputted from a timer circuit 54 only for the set time until the voltage value of a capacitor 76 exceeds second reference voltage V2, and a current flows to the light source 44. The residual capacity of the battery 24 is thereby confirmed. When a main switch 22 is turned on, the charging voltage S3 of the capacitor 76 is rapidly discharged, and the control signal S4 is sent to a driving circuit 56 from the timer circuit 54, so that a current flows again to the light source 44.
