PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instruction simulation method and an instruction simulation system of a processor capable of shortening simulation time. SOLUTION: A simulation subject program 1 is divided into a part to convert the program into a machine language capable of being executed as it is by a computer to simulate the instruction and a part to simulate the program by sequentially executing the program by every instruction by a program dividing means 2. The part to convert the program into the machine language is converted into a machine language program 4 by a converter 3. An instruction executing simulator 5 simulates the instruction by sequentially executing a part in the simulation subject program by every instruction as simulating the instruction and transferring control by the machine language program. In addition, the simulation subject program 1 is converted into the machine language by using an instruction conversion table and a high-level language compiler, the program is divided by using a division specifying table and a divided part is automatically decided.
