PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent antibacterial and mildewproof properties in a surface treated steel sheet formed with an organic resin film having excellent corrosion resistance and lubricity. ;SOLUTION: A film of acrylic and/or urethane resin containing 0.1 to 100 pts.wt. of colloidal silica, 3 to 30 pts.wt. of lubricant and 0.1 to 40 pts.wt. of antibacterial and mildewproof agents with respect to 100 pts.wt. of resin 100 is formed at an uppermost layer. 50 pts.wt. or less of chromate to 100 pts.wt. of the resin may be contained in the film. When copolymer particles of acrylonitrile and acid group-containing monomer are carried to the antibacterial and mildewproof agents, its operation and effect are large.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
