摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new ice cake which can be formed as desired, improves its appearance and can be not only eaten as it is but also used as the subordinate material of other ice cake or cake such as cake, parfait or soft cream. ;SOLUTION: This ice cake/obtained by covering the surrounding of a 1st ice cake part 2 whose cross-sectional surface is columnar shape in almost fixed shape with a 2nd ice cake part 3 has not only the appearance seeing the inside 1st ice cake part 1 through from the outside but also can eat the inside ice cake part 2 while suitably crushing the 2nd ice cake part 3 when this is eaten. Thus, the cool feel of eating and its taste can be enjoyed.
