PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the high accurate adjustment of squareness between a shaft line in a longitudinal direction and an optical axis by controlling the shaft line in the longitudinal direction along the reflection surface of a movable mirror unit so as to extend the shaft line at a right angle with respect to the optical axis of a movable lens unit. ;SOLUTION: The arrangement interval of a pair of positioning projection elements 80 and 81 is the same as that of the perpendicular supporting boards 45 and 46 of the movable mirror unit 41. Besides, when the unit 41 moves to an original point position, the respective trailing end parts 45a and 46a of the boards 45 and 46 abut on the elements 81 and 81. In such an abutting condition, the shaft line in the longitudinal direction along the third reflection mirror 16 and the reflection surface of the fourth reflection mirror is at a right angle with the optical axis of the image formation lens 15 of the unit 41.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
