PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jet stream working device, a jet stream working system and a jet stream working method in which the removal of material stuck on a surface to be worked, the deburring involved in metal working, and the improvement of stress on a metal surface are effectively performed with simple constitution. ;SOLUTION: A jet stream working device 17 is provided with a water nozzle 1 for jetting a water jet stream consisting of liquid phase water, a steam nozzle 3 for making a gas phase steam stream 4 supersonic to form a steam jet stream 11 and jet this steam jet stream so that it may be mixed with the water jet stream excessively beyond heat balance, and a mixing nozzle 2 for mixing the water jet stream and the steam jet stream to jet a two-phase jet stream 12 consisting of the water jet stream and the steam jet stream directly toward an object to be worked 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
