PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition which can give a cured coating film of excellent scratch resistance and weathering resistance, by adding a UV absorber and a specified photopolymerization initiator to a photopolymerizable composition based on a crosslinkable and polymerizable compound having a plurality of (meth)acryloxy groups in the molecule. CONSTITUTION:A mixture based on 0.1-15pts.wt. UV absorber desirably having a max. absorption wavelength peak at 240-370nm and 0.02-10pts.wt. photopolymerization initiator component containing a photopolymerization initiator which is desirably a compound of the formula [wherein R1-3 are each a 1-8 C alkyl, an oxyalkyl, a (substituted) phenyl or a (substituted)benzyl] having a sensitization wavelength at 365-400nm is added to 100pts.wt. photopolymerizable composition comprising 50-100wt.% crosslinkable and polymerizable compound having a plurality of (meth)acryloyloxy groups (e.g., 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate) and 0-50wt.% compound copolymerizable therewith (e.g., succinic acid/ methylolethane/acrylic acid condensate).
