STEEL FIBER CHARGING DEVICE IN CONCRETE KNEADING MACHINE AND CONCRETE PLACING HOPPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel fiber charging device in a concrete kneading machine capable of preventing clogging of a charging port and the occurrence of fiber balls within the kneading machine, and also a concrete placing hopper capable of implementing ejection of concrete with ease. ;SOLUTION: A single or a plurality of steel fiber dispersive protrusions 9a-9c are formed on the sliding face 8 of a slide-guiding path 6 for allowing steel fiber (x) being slid on the slide-guiding path 6 to be dispersed by the protrusions 9a-9c, thereby preventing clogging of a charging port 5; furthermore, the steel fiber (x) to be charged from the slide-guiding path 6 is scattered by compressed air in order to be charged in a dispersed manner over the inside of the concrete kneading machine 1, thus precluding the occurrence of fiber balls. Also, by left and right side plates 14 arranged perpendicularly and front and rear side plates 15 being inclined in a funnel shape, a hopper case 16 is formed of a rectangular chargging port 17 provided at the upper part and a rectangular ejection port 19 provided at the lower part, so that an alteration in its cross-section is made gentle from the chargging port 17 to the ejection port 19 and an entanglement of the steel fiber (x) caused by an excessive concrete compression is restrained in the vicinity of the ejection port 19, thereby carrying out the ejection thereof smoothly.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
