PURPOSE: To make sure of a molding quality through surface observation and fracture inspection by using molding sand using the different colors and molding the sand mold. ;CONSTITUTION: By filling the molding sands applying the different color in each filling hole 13r, 13y, 13b from the filling holes 13r, 13y, 13b arranged in plural positions in the mold 13, 14 for molding the sand mold 12, the different color to the composition of the molded sand mold 12 is used to execute the visual inspection.
