PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the judgment load of the judgment of administrator commis sion and to precisely and speedily execute a processing by judging the commis sion of the administrator in a system. When an event himself is contained in obtained data, an administrator code 31 is changed to a next order and similar retrieval is executed. When the event himself is not contained in obtained data, the present administrator 34 is displayed in the terminal equipment 14.
