PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of small marine vessel lifting work by arranging a truck below a vessel receiving part for supporting the bottom of a small marine vessel, fixing the truck pivotally to the rear part of the vessel receiving part, and providing a vessel receiving part tilting device for tilting the vessel receiving part around a pivot and holding it at a specified tilt angle. ;SOLUTION: At the time or lifting a small marine vessel 17, a tilting device 12 is operated to bring down a vessel receiving part 6 pivotally supported to a front end part of a truck, so as to be horizontal to the truck 2, and the, greater part of a building berth 1 is sunk underwater along a slope 23a of a marina 23. In this state, the bottom 18 of the stern 20 of the small marine vessel 17 is placed on a support plate horizontally laid at the front end part of the vessel receiving part 6, and a wire 22 locked to a hook at the front end of the building berth 1 is pulled by a winch to lift the building berth 1. At this time, the tilting device 12 is operated to tilt the vessel receiving part 6 into a horizontal position, and the bottom 18 is held by the vessel receiving part 6. The building berth is then pulled up on land, and the small marine vessel 17 is rotated into a vertical attitude along with the vessel receiving part 6 so as to be in a storage state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
