PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both of deep drawing and pressing processibility and adhesion strength to a coating material for repairing at high levels by adding a prescribed amount of nylon type resin particles in an organic coating film on a coated steel plate, which is manufactured by chromating a zinc type coating-bearing steel plate and forming the organic coating film on at least one side of the resultant steel plate. ;SOLUTION: In a coated steel plate which is manufactured by chromating a zinc type coating-bearing steel plate and forming an organic coating film on at least one side, 1-30 pts.wt. of nylon type resin particles are added to 100 pts.wt. of a binder in the organic coating film. the thickness of the organic coating film is set to be 10μm or thinner. As the nylon type resin, a polyamide resin, its modified products or a polymer alloy may be used and nylon 6 or nylon 6, 6 are suitable. The nylon, resin fine powder is obtained by a dissolving and re-precipitating method carried out by mixing polymer with a high boiling point solvent, heating the mixture to the temperature equal to and higher than the boiling point of the polymer to dissolve the polymer, and then precipitating polymer particles by cooling the mixture to the solid phase/liquid phase separation temperature.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
