PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition capable of manifesting an excellent water repellence and antifouling property at normal temperature coating and having an excellent chemical resistance and semipermanently sustainable its effect and not requiring any pretreatment by containing plural compounds expressed by specific formulae. ;SOLUTION: This composition contains (A) a compound of formula I (Rf¹ is an organic group containing a perfluoroalkyl group which may contain an oxygen atom of ether linkage; R¹ is H or a 1-16C organic group; (a) is 1 or 2; (b) is 0 or 1; 1≤a+b≤2) and (B) a compound of formula II (Rf² and Rf³ are each an organic group containing a perfluoroalkyl group which may contain an oxygen atom of ether linkage; R² and R³ are each same as R¹; (c) and (d) are each an integer of 0-2, 0≤c+d≤2, (e) and (g) are each an integer of 0-2, 0≤e+g≤2; Y is a divalent organic group).
