PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing adhesion of an organism on the surface of a piping and a piping for which the method is applied. ;SOLUTION: By regulating the chemical composition of a steel, the corrosion speed of the steel having a part which makes contact with water and is non- covered is set to average 0.1mm/year or more. In which case, the velocity of water is set to 0.1m/sec. or more and organic adhesive prevention is applied. Further, in a piping, the corrosion speed of a steel having a part which makes contact with water and is not covered is set to average 0.1mm/year or more. The outside thereof is covered with concrete and when the steel is dissipated owing to corrosion, a strength plan where a water pressure is burdened only by concrete is effected. Or, the corrosion speed of the steel having a part making contact with water is set to average 0.1mm/year or more. In a piping consisting of the steel, determination of a design strength wherein a water pressure is burdened only by the steel remaining during a lapse of a durable year is performed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
