PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a saving of labor by providing an input port to input a trigger signal for storing a temperature data into a memory means from outside aside from a communication means for outputting the temperature data. ;SOLUTION: A main body 1 is provided with an input port 12 aside from a connector 10 for connection to a data processor 9. The input port 12 is for connection of a detector 13 which irradiates light to a passing point of an object to detect the reflected light and inputs a trigger signal for storing a temperature data into the memory means 44 from outside. In the measuring of a temperature, the detector 13 is connected to the input port 12 and a thermometer R and the detector 13 are installed toward an object and an external trigger mode is set by a setting device 6. When the detector 13 detects the object, the measured temperature thereof is stored into the memory means 44 by a control means 41. Thereafter, the main body part 1 is connected to the data processor 9 to output the stored temperature to the data processor 9. Thus, when the detector 13 detects the object, the temperature of the object is automatically stored thereby achieving a saving of labor.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
